Hello Nighthorde,
I know recruitment is closed, because you have 3 people in trial at the moment. Nevertheless i am posting this application, hoping to get in touch and talk to you.
A few weeks ago, whilst playing my twink Andorin, i met Sliderz in some quest. He told me, if i am interested i might apply to Nighthorde. I am playing MMO RPG's since 10 years now. I was Officer and Raidleader in TopNotch guilds (like Darkwind or Mortalis) in a few games (like Everquest, WoW, LOTRO). Due to this background I am suspicious about every guild that recruits people on the street, of course. But since Sliderz was kind, i wanted to be kind too and told him i would keep the offer in mind and would have a look at NH when time comes. And i did.
My problem at this time was (and still is) that i am not playing alone. Well thats not really a problem, in fact its a blessing. But in such a situation not only my own opinion matters, but those of my dear friends does too.
So here i am contacting you in the name of 4 People. We are all from germany, sharing a teamspeak channel and playing together since nearly 2 years now. This little group has grown together starting a few years back in WoW, and finally filled up (by joining myself) in LOTRO. We play together because we know that we can rely on the others in personality, skill and playtimes, also in age (all of us are 30+). For the moment we huddling together in our little friendship guild "Freundeskreis" (german for Circle of Friends) which only consists of us 4 and 1 char of a friend. At this point it should be clear that we want to join together as a group. If this aint possible we will just keep being huddled together in our little guild.
I know how troubling (but also benefitting) it can be to invite a group of players. As already mentioned, this post is ment to get in touch and talk, and not as final application.

Cill (16 Ranger, 12 rng/4 fgh) - also playing: Andorin (15 clr atm), Guzman ( lvl 9Tempest Barbar, 6 rng/3 barb atm)
Elledana (16 clr) - also playing: Marhian (lvl 16, 15 brd/ 1src), Amidhala (14 Pal/ 2 Fgh), Yulive (11 rog), Emerell (9 src)
Asmodyna (Melee Ranger, 13 Rng/1rog/2fgh) - also playing: Merkator (16 wiz), Eloehwen (Ranger, 8 rng/4 rog/4 fgh), Louloula (9 barb)
Gromlini (16 Fighter)
As you can see on this short charlist, we play DDO not very long. Roughly 7 months ago Elledana and Merkator checked back to DDO which they had played a year earlier already. Gromlini and myself went to it 3 months later.
I am kind of sure, that we played with alot of Nighthorde players already, and some might even remember us.
Its mainly me who's driven by the desire to join a bigger guild again. But Grom, Elle and Merk will be an asset to any guild, and have been in the past.
Since we hope to provide something to a guild, a trial is considered by us as chance to see the guild, as well as the chance for the guild to see us. If you dont have spots in the guild left for the moment, we would also like to prove what we are worth by running a few quests with you, without any promises.
I will leave it with this slim information for the moment. If there are any further questions, they are welcome and will be answered.
